Tucked into the oak-lined Gulfview Heights neighborhood along Florida's scenic 30A, Blue Betty is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom coastal getaway designed for up to 14 guests.

With two levels of living space, there's room for everyone to come together and plenty of places to escape for a little quiet. Two king suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, offer additional privacy. The downstairs king suite opens onto its own private patio beside the pool, with access to the separate backyard.

Spend the afternoon floating in your private heated pool, challenge the family to a game of billiards, gather around the table for dinner, or head up to the rooftop Belvedere to enjoy the coastal breeze.

And the Gulf? It's just 0.2 miles away. That's an easy four-minute walk through the neighborhood without crossing 30A, or less than two minutes in the six-seat golf cart.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach wagon are ready for your days on the sand.

    It’s was very big and the walk to the beach was so nice .
    The picture looks like it would be far but literally it’s very close it felt like 5 minute walk.
    The house had everything you needed. 
    I wished the listing would have specify all the things the house came with , for example crockpot, all the cooking utensils, pot pans, cutting board and margarita machine etc. We had two families here and we still had plenty of space.  

    I’ve rented many homes before
    and by far this one was the best. 

    Between the pool, pool table and the beach being close we couldn’t have asked for anything better. 
    It was safe quiet and in an area where traffic wasn’t an issue.   Walmart is close by and shopping areas.”
